Description
Test System designed especially for the realization of fatigue testing of moving parts that are installed on the curtains for coaches and buses sector mainly.
The equipment is conceptualized from the slope of the functionality and robustness due to the high number of cycles that must be subjected the curtains (+3000 cycles). In this way, repetitively reproduce the movements that take place when a person use a roller blind in daily use, with the difference in the number of test cycles are continuous, accelerating the aging of moving parts.
Cycles up / down are aggregated on an LCD display that allows to control the quantity of tests by the quality technician.
