Description
For this important international company specializing in lollipops, surplus stock need to be stored temporarily in the most efficient way possible. To date, this process was done completely manually, where operators were responsible for filling the boxes used for temporary stock of one by one, where the operator is busy 100% of the time. With the solution provided by Inngenia, the operator is just responsible for feeding the input buffer of empty boxes and unload the output buffer of full boxes, optimizing the time and dedicating it to other production tasks. The process of filling the boxes is controlled by spcial equipment that allows us to set parameters , mainly weight and accuracy, being these of 15 kg +/- 250 g. The whole system is integrated with existing production lines at its End Of Line (EOL).
